BoardRAX is having a short break over the Christmas / New Year period from 23rd Dec until 9th Jan & during this time there will be delays in manufacturing & shipping of orders.
Christmas Shipping Cut-Off Dates:
Due to capacity within the courier networks we can no longer deliver RAX in time for Christmas.

-PICKUP: available up until Xmas eve!
-Last minute pick up available from Warriewood on the Sydney Northern Beaches, email me to confirm before placing order
-We are still accepting orders over the holiday period, so feel free to place your order if you are more flexible on shipping times

- BoardRAX are shipped in custom boxes.
- BoardRAX components are numbered for easy assembly
- BoardRAX screws & bolts are included
- Assembly takes 5 minutes
- Free pickup option from Warriewood on Sydney Nth Beaches
How much is delivery?
Price per rack:
- NSW $30
- QLD $40
- VIC $40
- SA Metro (Adelaide 40km radius or closest depot) $50
- SA Regional (the option to post to the closest depot) - Please email me for a custom quote
- WA Metro (Perth 40km radius or closest depot) $65
- WA Regional (the option to post to the closest depot) - Please email me for a custom quote
How long does delivery take?
- Depending on the season it’s approximately 1 week manufacture time (all our RAX are hand made).
- Deliveries usually take 3 business days to capital cities
- Please allow an additional day to regional locations
Are deliveries insured against loss/damage?
- Yes, all deliveries are fully insured
Please note that delivery to a wrong or incomplete address can incur a re-delivery fee of $20.
